Delivery & Collection Information

- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery in and around Leighton Buzzard, within an approximately 10 mile radius of our store.
Place your order by midnight Wednesday for delivery on Friday the same week.
The delivery area includes: Leighton Buzzard, Linslade, Hockliffe, Eggington, Stanbridge, Eaton Bray, Edlesborough, Dunstable, Totternhoe, Kensworth, Tring, Pitstone, Cheddington, Ivinghoe, Stewkley, Newton Longville, Woburn, Woburn Sands, Aspley Guise, Great Brickhill, Little Brickhill, Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
Delivery Costs
- Orders under £40: £5
- Orders over £40: FREE
Delivery Time Slots
Deliveries take place between 12 PM – 6 PM on your allocated day.
We cannot guarantee exact times, but if needed, we can provide a closer estimate on the day via text or phone call.
Delivery Instructions
Leave any special instructions (e.g. a safe place) in the notes section at checkout.
If you’re not home and have provided a safe place, we’ll leave your order there. Otherwise, it will be returned to the shop for collection.
Bottle Returns
We encourage reuse! Please leave out empty, clean 5-litre containers for our delivery driver to collect.
Bottles must be clean and empty, and meet our reuse standards - we may reject any that aren’t suitable.
Order Confirmation & Notifications
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
A reminder email will be sent on the morning of your delivery day.
We may also send a text or email when your order is on the way or has been delivered.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will:
- Offer a like-for-like replacement and wait for your response.
- If we don’t hear back, we will refund the item automatically.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on certain products, providing you have a receipt and at our discretion:
- Pre-packaged food that remains unopened
- Non-perishable products, such as nail brushes or sponges.
With loose food, detergents and cosmetics, once a product has been filled into your container we cannot accept a return due to the risk of contamination.
For online orders, please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. In the unlikely event that there are any issues, please let your driver know or get in touch with us via email.
