We love loyalty! Sign up for a customer account in store. We just need a first name, last name and an email address. You can then earn a point for every pound you spend. We use LoyalZoo for our loyalty scheme. No multiple stamp cards. Download the app and login with the email address on your account to keep track of your points.

Yes! We sometimes invite local craftspeople, artists and makers, or local activist groups in-store for workshops, pop-ups and events. To find out what we’ve got coming up, visit our Events page.

In store: we accept cash, debit and credit card, and Apple Pay. We do not accept AMEX currently.

You do not need to be at home, but we will need to know a safe location to leave your parcel. We also do not accept responsibility once your delivery has been left in that location. 

Yes! Just choose the 'Pick up in store' option at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready, and you can collect it from our shop at 7-9 Friday Street any time after 10am the following day, during opening hours. We’ll pack your order in the same way we do for deliveries - using paper bags and refillable bottles where needed - so it’s all ready to go when you arrive.

We accept returns on certain products, at our discretion:

• Pre-packaged food that remains unopened  
• Non-perishable products, such as nail brushes or sponges.

With loose food, detergents and cosmetics, once a product has been filled into your container we cannot accept a return due to the risk of contamination.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us.

Refilling is easy once you get the hang of it — here’s how:

1. Bring your own clean, dry containers
   We’re not fussy about what kind you bring — anything from jars to takeaway tubs will do!
2. Weigh and label your empty container
   At the scales, weigh your empty container and print out a barcode label with its weight. Stick this label on the container and keep it on there for future visits if you plan to reuse it — it saves time!
3. Fill with as much or as little as you like
   Choose your product and fill your container. You’re in control of how much you buy.
4. Scan and weigh again
   Return to the scales, scan the container label, and weigh your filled container. The system will calculate the net weight and price, then print a new label with the product info and price.
5. Pay at the till
   Stick the final product label on your container and bring it to us at the till — we’ll scan it and you’re good to go!

We encourage self-serve to keep things moving during busy times, but we’re always happy to help or refill for you if you prefer. Accessibility matters — if you need support, just ask!

You can bring anything you have! Tupperware, glass jars, cardboard boxes, lunchboxes, reusable plastic bottles – the list goes on. Whatever you choose, we encourage our customers to get creative!

Don’t worry – you can fill up using our paper bags, or take any of the clean jars that have been kindly donated to us by other customers.

Absolutely! We offer a drop and collect service. 

We need a list of what you would like filling and in which container. We also need your name, a contact number, and an approximate time of collection. 

The beauty of refilling is you can buy exactly what you need. We don’t restrict customers to buying a minimum weight or quantity. So if you only want to buy 4 dates for your cake recipe, that’s fine. 

Some tips to help:

• Have a look at our display in store that shows a few popular products weighed out into jars for reference. 
• Using the same containers for products will help you get familiar with what weight it fills up to and how much you need. 
• Go slowly when filling and you can weigh the product as you go to find out how much it is.

You can pick & mix sweets that have the same price.

You can mix other products, but you need to re-weigh the container as you go so that we can track inventory. We can show you how to do this, so just ask us for help!

We stock over 400 products without single use plastic. We stock everything from pasta and rice to washing up liquid and fabric conditioner. We even have cooking oils. Our most popular product is our dried mango. Take a look at our full product range.

We stock a wide range of vegan products. All of our cleaning products, shampoos, conditioners, and household refills are vegan. We also offer vegan sweets and baked goods.

That said, not everything we stock is vegan - for example, we do carry some milk chocolate products. While these aren’t vegan, we choose to offer them plastic-free to give people a more sustainable option for treats they already enjoy.

We prioritise buying organic where possible because it is better for the planet’s soil health and the wider biodiveristy in the ecosystem. However, we cannot buy all of our products from organic suppliers. We list on the product bins whether it is organic

We stock a lot of gluten-free products in the store, such as quinoa, buckwheat groats, chocolate cereal stars. We try to reduce contamination by using clean scoops every time we decant product into containers. But since we operate in a mixed product environment, there is still a potential risk.

If you have a severe allergy, we recommend not shopping with us because there is a high risk for cross contamination. 

However, if you would like to buy pre-packaged bulk products, we can accommodate this so get in touch.

We have product sheets in the shop, ask us for more information. We are working on making this available on the containers and in product guides online.

We aim to price match with similar products of quality and ethos, so it is worth thinking about this when comparing us to supermarkets. The aim is to be cheaper than organic supermarket products. 

You can buy smaller quantities than in supermarkets so this is a great way to budget.
