Infinity Foods, based in Brighton, has been committed to providing high-quality vegetarian foods from the start. As a worker’s co-operative, they prioritise ethical business practices over profit, ensuring their products are natural, free from GM and hydrogenated fats, and sourced from companies with high ethical standards. They balance global fair trade with local sourcing and actively minimise waste by recycling and reusing packaging. Their commitment to sustainability and fairness has been at the heart of their business for over 35 years.
Wilton Wholefoods
Wilton Wholefoods is a family run wholefood company based in the South of England just outside the beautiful cathedral city of Salisbury. Owned and operated by brothers, Daniel and Solomon along with Solomon’s wife, Nicola.
The Yorkshire Pasta Company
The Yorkshire Pasta Company is a family-run business and one of the only UK pasta makers, dedicated to traditional, slow-crafted methods that enhance flavour and sauce absorption. They source high-quality flour from a local mill, ensuring the best ingredients through rigorous quality checks. Their pasta is entirely vegan and has earned multiple awards for its exceptional quality.

Milk & Beans is Milton Keynes’ first speciality coffee roaster, committed to showcasing the unique flavours of coffee based on its origin and processing. Founded by Carlo over six years ago, the business prioritises sustainable sourcing and strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality beans with zero packaging waste.
Minor Figures
Minor Figures is an independently owned start-up supplying oat milk and coffee products. They are committed to being 100% plant based, carbon neutral and a B-Corp.
The Organic Herb Trading Company
The Organic Herb Trading Company has been a leading supplier of high-quality botanicals for over 40 years, serving markets from herbal tea to skincare. Founded as Hambleden Herbs in 1982, they pioneered organic herbal teas and spices in the UK before shifting to bulk trading in 2000. Today, they source over 500 products from 60+ countries, maintaining strong supplier relationships and a commitment to ethical sourcing and premium quality.

With a truly zero-waste approach, they collect and reuse containers while promoting transparency in their operations. Expanding organically from Oxford, SESI supports a circular economy, green jobs, and community initiatives, reinforcing their commitment to sustainability.
